Beyond Reach was commissioned as part of the 2nd series of 4DANCE by Channel 4 Television.
Durga is a powerful Indian goddess whose name means “Beyond Reach”. This film creates a modern Durga whose place is in the city streets, moving amongst the people, sensed but not seen.
BEYOND REACH was choreographed and performed by Mayuri Boonham, shot on a freezing cold day in London and directed by Theresa Griffiths.
