BIG DANCE FILMS is a collection of 5 films where leading choreographers Wayne McGregor, Shobana Jeyasingh, Kate Prince, Arlene Phillips and Hofesh Shechter give an insight into their choreographic process and help students and teachers develop a ‘choreographic toolbox’ for dance making and performing.

The films open with a warm-up reflecting the choreographers’ individual styles. They also include interviews with the choreographers and the opportunity to see them working with their dancers on a new phrase of movement.
